- Project Name: Structural Reinforcement of Bogie Container Freight Car (The Prototype) Q'ty 1 Unit
- Customer: State Railway of Thailand (SRT)
- Description: Design: Develop a structural reinforcement design for the Bogie Container freight car (BCF), Model 112, with a capacity of 48 tons, to enable it to carry a load of 62 tons.
Drawing Preparation: Prepare detailed modification drawings and submit them to the Mechanical Engineering Division of SRT for approval.
Evaluation before modify: Conduct a thorough inspection before initiating repairs and structural reinforcement.
Pre-Test: Perform load testing based on actual vertical load conditions as analyzed in Item 1, prior to commencing the modification work.
5.Implementation: Execute the structural reinforcement of the main frame in accordance with the approved design from SRT, Using newly specified materials.
Post-Test: Conduct load testing following completion of the modifications, based on actual vertical load conditions as analyzed in Item 4.
Delivery: Deliver the completed unit to the Napakhuang Station within 120 days.
Warranty: Provide a one-year warranty effective from the date of acceptance by the appointed inspection committee.
