WCE received the highest honor for outstanding business operations in the field of labor relations and workforce welfare in 2023. Represented by Ms. Sukanya Detchatungka, HR Manager, the award was presented by the Ministry of Labor on November 24, 2023. This marks WCE’s 18th national-level recognition in the 18th year of these awards, organized by the Ministry of Labor.
The ceremony, focusing on international standards, included three criteria: Thai labor standards, labor relations and welfare, and safety, health, and environmental conditions at work. WCE has previously won awards in all three categories and has consistently received the highest honor for ten consecutive years (2007-2016).
