The Machinery and Maintenance Technology and Engineering Business Unit (MMT) is actively expanding its reach in the mining industry, covering both domestic and international markets.
Recently, MMT, a business unit of West Coast Engineering Co., Ltd. (WCE), has completed repair and manufacturing work for the mining industry, with a total value of over 6 million baht. The work is divided into three main areas: 1) Overhaul and repair of gearboxes [OVERHAUL GEAR BOX], 2) Onsite repair and maintenance of machinery [ONSITE MACHINE SURFACE STAND], and 3) Manufacturing of spare parts [NEW SPARE PART]
An expert engineer from MMT shared, “The repair process involves a thorough inspection using advanced equipment, repairing damaged components, and resetting the machinery to standard settings. The manufacturing of spare parts is customized to client specifications, and for onsite services such as ONSITE MACHINE SURFACE STAND, we collaborate with clients to assess job details, design processes, and ensure that the repairs meet the specified requirements.
Despite time constraints and significant machinery damage requiring extensive repairs, we coordinated closely with spare parts manufacturers. We collaborated with the design team, strategically increased manpower, and carefully executed each step using modern tools to save time.
We secured this project through Digital Marketing and Technology Supplier channels to undertake machinery repairs and spare parts manufacturing, as well as onsite machine services at the client’s mining site. We have been providing services to over 10 clients since 2023. This year, MMT continues to earn the trust of clients, meeting their ongoing needs.”
